This place is an absolute gem. I have had the pleasure of having the manager Noelle cut my hair twice now and let me tell you, she is one of the most professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendliest stylists you will find in the area. The MVP service which includes a hot steamed towel, massaging shampoo, and neck & shoulder massage is well worth the $30-40 depending on the level you choose considering that is the going rate at a barber shop without that same level of service. This location is also in a great spot across from Nordstrom and adjacent to Trader Joes. I normally keep places like this on the down low but Noelle and this location deserve the recognition. Easy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ & recommendation.

I went into this location on August 26, 2022 to get a haircut and paid $32 for the MVP which is supposed to include us hot steamed towel, shampoo and neck and shoulder massage. The person who cut my hair never offered and hurried me out the door

To whom it may concern, I’ve come in here a few times with my husband and had no complaints, the service was prompt, professional, and courteous and the best haircuts He has ever had, and with that kind of experience it has planted a seed in my head that this is the place for him to always get his haircut . I’ve even recommended this place but after my last two visits they were our worst experiences. The first one started as usual but then things took 180° turn while I was speaking to his stylist whom I always request (Cristina). I was talking to her and had to keep repeating myself and it was due to another stylist in the office, a middle aged black woman. She had a voice that was infectious and borderline obnoxious. It carried thru the whole shop. I couldnt communicate with husbands my stylist, or even hear the tv,s. This tainted his MVP experience. The most recent time when we were just in it felt like De Ja Vuu. When we came in for a cut you would think others around would be disrespectful towards people boundaries, i felt that this young lady stepped over mine, and it wasnt the first time. I hope that she doesnt act that way all the time because others im sure have felt the same way if so. For now on when i need a cut i will now call the office liine ahead of time to make sure this woman isnt present in the shop. Which is terrible for a bussiness. Im sorry for the not so positive review but i believe this had to be said, so precaution may be made for the sake of other clients in the future. And ultimately the bussiness and owner wouldnt feel the repercussions. Loss of sales. And clients to other competitors.
